  2. Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket.
  3. Must be in the province of Ontario at the time of purchase.
  4. Tickets are: 10 for $10, 60 for $20, 250 for $40.
  5. Tickets will only be available online at RWHospitalsWIN5050.ca.
  6. Tickets will be sold using an electronic raffle system supplied by Ascend Fundraising Solutions.
  7. Upon purchase, patrons will receive a confirmation e-mail with their registered 50/50 numbers generated using a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be chosen as numbers are generated randomly.
  8. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw.
  9. The current amount of the 50/50 will be posted at RWHospitalsWIN5050.ca
  10. At minimum, the prize is 50% of gross sales for a specific raffle.
  11. All tickets purchased between September 1, 2021 at or after 10:00am and September 21, 2021 at or before 11:59pm will be entered into the early bird prize draw. The draw for the early bird prize will take place September 22, 2021 at 10:00am. It is possible for the same number to win both the early bird prize and the grand prize.
  12. All tickets purchased between November 10, 2021 at or after 10:00am and November 23, 2021 at or before 11:59pm will be entered into the early bird prize draw. The draw for the early bird prize will take place November 24, 2021 at 10:00am. It is possible for the same number to win both the early bird prize and the grand prize.
  13. The starting prize amount represents a guaranteed prize amount of $1,000 for Campaign 5 (Draw Date: January 11, 2022) and Campaign 6 (Draw Date: February 8, 2022).
  14. The starting prize amount represents a seeded guaranteed prize amount of $1,000 for Campaign 7 (Draw Date: March 9, 2022).
  15. All tickets purchased between March 9, 2022 at or after 10:00am and March 22, 2022 at or before 11:59pm will be entered into the early bird prize draw. The draw for the early bird prize will take place March 23, 2022 at 10:00am. It is possible for the same number to win both the early bird prize and the grand prize.
  16. All tickets purchased between April 6, 2022 at or after 10:00am and April 19, 2022 at or before 11:59pm will be entered into the early bird prize draw. The draw for the early bird prize will take place April 20, 2022 at 10:00am. It is possible for the same number to win both the early bird prize and the grand prize.
  17. All tickets purchased between May 4, 2022 at or after 10:00am and May 17, 2022 at or before 11:59pm will be entered into the early bird prize draw. The draw for the early bird prize will take place May 18, 2022 at 10:00am. It is possible for the same number to win both the early bird prize and the grand prize.
  18. Winning ticket details will be posted at RWHospitalsWIN5050.ca. The winning ticket holder will be contacted directly by email.
  19. The winner must have the original ticket and no copies. The winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with photo identification to claim the prize. The winner may claim their prize by contacting The Mount Forest Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation by email at avanhuss@louisemarshallfoundation.ca or by phone at (519) 323-2210 x.77711 for ticket verification. All prize payments will be issued by cheque.
  20. The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw for which their ticket was purchased. In the event that no winner comes forward after 6 months, any unclaimed prizes will be subject to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) unclaimed prize policy.
  21. The staff and board of directors of The Mount Forest Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation, the Groves Hospital Foundation and the Palmerston and District Hospital Foundation, as well as their spouses, children and children-in-law are not permitted to purchase tickets and are not eligible to win. Employees of Ascend Fundraising Solutions are not permitted to purchase tickets and are not eligible to win.
